All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS

We try or best to do next day shipping but have in mind that the policy is as follow

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of method of shipment elected.

USPS Standard First Class :4-7 Business Day Delivery. Plus 1-2 Business Days of Processing.

USPS Priority : 2-3 Business Day Delivery. Plus 1-2 Business Days of Processing.

Please note "Delivery Duties Unpaid." Which means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (less the original shipping fee and return fees issued by the carrier).

Bloom Bella is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address that the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to, make sure to double check when processing order).

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS.

If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen you can always fill a claim directly with the USPS.

-We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
-Once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Track your package with the tracking number to know where your package is at and make sure you’ll be home when delivered. You can sign up with USPS to receive notifications of your package.
  • Visit your local USPS or call with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up. 

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-2 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.


NOTE : All in-stock items usually ship the next business day or 2 days.
If an item you ordered is unavailable we will advise you and either issue a store credit or exchange the item.

All shoes are pre order, it will take approximately 5 days to ship. Will always keep in touch or you can freely message us about your order any time.

Do you carry half-sizes?

We do not carry half sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

All shoes ship without their original boxes.
Will be shipped in a special package so it won’t get damaged.

All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE. SURPRISE BOXES. CLEARANCE. JEWELRY OR COSMETICS CAN NOT BE RETURNED, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for store credit if:
1. The wrong item was received in terms of color or size. You ordered the wrong size by mistake.
2. The package has arrived in a damaged condition. 
3. The item arrived in extremely poor quality.  
In the event of these circumstances, you will be required to submit proof of damage or other grievance, or lack of receipt of the item. Once that is sent, you will be refunded with store credit for the item.
This refund for store credit will NOT include shipping costs.

Please be advised that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

*Returns must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of odors, tag attached and you will need to fill a claim within 7 days of the order date. This means that it must be back in to us within 14 day of purchase.
If your item does not meet these qualifications, your return may be denied.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. 

You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored. 


Actual colors may vary. Due to the many variations in monitors, browsers, screens and lighting color may appear slightly different than actual color. Everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, we also take lo tried in different perspectives  but please understand the actual color may vary slightly.
